Hyde Park Night Noodle Markets

Last Thursday evening, the PSS crew went on what has become for most Sydney-siders a yearly foodie pilgrimage to the Night Noodle Markets. As part of Good Food Month here in Sydney, the Night Noodle Markets are on at Hyde Park on each weekend, and scattered dates throughout the month. This is always my most favourite time of the year, because the weather is heating up, the sun shines longer, and suddenly, Sydney is hopeful about a great summer. Like hungry caterpillars, we grazed our way through noodles, dumplings, ciders, salads, stir-fries, and icecream, all while wandering through a lantern lit Hyde Park.
