And just like that, it’s Valentines Day.

If you’re anything like me and the team here at PSS, you’ve probably been caught up in the 9 to 5 and procrastinated with getting things right for tonight. Wether it’s dinner reservations, gold class movie tickets or a special night in with take out and a DVD, we’ve got a simple sweet treat for however way you chose to celebrate Valentine’s Day.

This one is especially reserved for those of us who are a little challenged in the kitchen. It requires no cooking, cutting, or fancy schmancy culinary expertise. There’s only one skill required and that is: break a few bars of chocolate. If you can’t do this, I am sorry - I can help you no further.

Head straight to the confectionery aisle at your local grocer, and load up on your favourite chocolate flavours. Don’t be afraid. Mix it up! Go for dark, white, milky and nutty, and a little fruit for good measure. Pick up a punnet of strawberries and blueberries and layer that chocolatey goodness with some luscious berries.
